We are part of the LARELA Group, Liberal Arts Racial Equity Leadership Alliance, 51 liberal arts colleges and as part of that cohort the USC race and equity center carried out the Nation Assessment of Collegiate Campus Climate Survey in Nov 2021. We are using this institutional data to engage in informed institutional decisionmaking. We have both staff and faculty surveys.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
The finds are that the survey used to inform decision making, so we hope to use it to help our shared governance committees to make various decisions in terms of the importance of retaining faculty of color.
