A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:
Low Impact Development practices were incorporated into the construction of the College's 8 residence halls, which achieved Gold and Platinum LEED ratings. The green infrastructure practices of the residence halls continue to be maintained. The College utilizes numerous detention basins and below grade storm water barrel percolation systems to minimize rainwater run-off. there is no written policy as of right now but 8 of our residential buildings are LEED certified with approved LEED buildings and systems.
