Low Impact Development practices were incorporated into the construction of the College's two newest residence halls, Pitzer, Atherton & Sanborn Halls and East & West Halls, which achieved Gold and Platinum LEED ratings.

The College utilizes numerous detention basins and below grade stormwater barrel percolation systems to minimize rainwater run-off. there is no written policy as of right now but we have LEED certified buildings and systems
