The PSU Sustainability Committee has championed an increase in the recycling budget which resulted in outside recycling containers. The committee implemented sustainability lessons in Freshman Experience and a sustainability learning outcome in three courses which all students are required to take at least one of the courses. The Committee started an annual sustainability speaker series.
