A brief description of the pre-consumer food waste composting program:
Sodexo Dining Services has collaborated with campus recycling and the grounds crew to provide pre-consumer composting. A trial period was done during Earth Week and a permanent location has been established. It is estimated that 24 tons of waste will be reduced.
