Has the institution completed an assurance process that provides independent affirmation that the information in its current STARS report is reported in accordance with credit criteria?:
Yes

Did the assurance process include internal review, an external audit, or both?:
Internal review

The name, title, and organizational affiliation of each reviewer:

David Cullmer, Sustainable Operations Analyst, Sustainability Institute
Mary Easterling, Assoc. Dir of Analysis and Assessment, Sustainability Institute

A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:

David Cullmer reviewed the majority of the credits using the STARS Review Template spreadsheet. Questions about specific credits were directed to the corresponding Responsible Party. Issues were resolved and documented in the review spreadsheet. Mary Easterling reviewed credits where David Cullmer was the Responsible Party and any issues were resolved following the above process.
In some cases, content experts from outside of the Sustainability Institute (SI) were asked to review specific sections where initial data were compiled by SI staff - for example: Tom Richard, Director of the Institutes of Energy and the Environment, reviewed the Research credits; and Sonia DeLuca Fernández, Associate Vice Provost for Educational Equity, reviewed the Diversity and Equity credits. This was in addition to the review using the STARS Review Template.
