Penn State Erie, The Behrend College hired their first campus Sustainability Coordinator in January 2019. We have chosen FY 2018-2019 as our baseline year, therefore, so that changes and plans moving forward are judged based on the emergence of these efforts.

Please see the attached report from EnergyCAP for the electric and natural gas totals. I used the electric site-source value found in the Energy Star Portfolio Manager document. For the HDD and CDD, weatherunderground was utilized
