A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
In 2017 the PSC Self Study Team charged with examining our compliance with the Ethics & Integrity standard as part of re-accreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education surveyed all employees. A survey instrument went out to all employees to assess PSC's compliance with the Ethics & Integrity standard and responses also provided important data to help inform PSC's Strategic Plan in relation to the strategic goal "be known as a great place to work and a progressive employer"

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
Any issues that were raised in the 2017 PSC Self Study employee survey were referred to committee for further action. These Issues were also included in the KPI for the next strategic plan.
