Our Health Promotion team provides valuable education through workshops, presentations and events that connect students to resources to promote wellness and success. https://www.palomar.edu/healthpromotion/

Our team of Behavioral Health Counselors is available to provide confidential, culturally-informed mental health counseling services for Palomar College students Monday through Friday. These services are FREE for registered Palomar College students as part of the student health fee each semester. https://www.palomar.edu/bhcs/

Personal counseling services are available to assist you with personal concerns that might interfere with your academic work. Personal counseling includes the following:
- Referrals to see a licensed therapist on campus if needed
- Referrals for outside professionals, shelters, hotlines and other resources
- Personal adjustment
- Stress management
- Time management
- Mental health issues

BP 3570 SMOKING AND/OR OTHER TOBACCO USE

The District shall provide and maintain a workplace and learning environment that is smoke and tobacco-free to promote the safety and health of students, employees, and the public.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are prohibited on all indoor and
outdoor property or in vehicles owned, leased, licensed or else otherwise controlled by the Palomar Community College District.

Products covered under this policy include, but are not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, electronic smoking devices, chewing tobacco, spit tobacco, snus, snuff, and dissolvable tobacco products.
