Our pay grades and salary philosophy may be found at the following two sites:

As stated, in 2016, adjustments were made to bring individuals to 95% of the benchmark for their pay-band. The current minimum wage in OR is 12.00/hour, which is the starting wage for all student employees.

For the performance year, our ratio is 1:12.66. This is calculated by comparing the salary for our highest paid employee, our University President, and comparing it to our lowest paid employee, on campus who makes the minimum wage for the State of Oregon, which during the performance year was USD 12.00/hour. Attached is an email from our HR Director.
