This partnership is to address matters of food insecurity and the barriers to accessibility nutritious food for low SES communities in Forest Grove and Western Washington County.

The university offers a course on affordable housing/homelessness. The course brings in people who have lived on the streets previously to talk about the experiences and give their opinion on what the best approach for helping is. The class also spends 20 hours a week helping build homes with Habitat for Humanity in the area.
