A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a service that puts you in touch with a counselor who has training and experience in helping people. This professional will offer counseling and, if necessary, refer you or your family member to a specialist or facility for further help.
Everyone at some point needs help with a problem that affects his or her personal life. Our EAP can provide professional assistance and guidance in solving problems you may be facing.
Assistance is available for psychological problems, marriage difficulties, problems with children, financial problems, coping with the stress of illness in the family, alcohol or drug-related problems, and other life challenges.
