A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
Pacific provides trainings on diversity and inclusion which are provided by HR to the community. The University sponsors the celebration of cultures by bringing guest speakers to campus through out the year and hosting a parade and key note speakers every January on the Martin Luther King, Jr. day. In 2010, Pacific began implementation of the Diversity Initiative Business Plan led by the Director of Equity and Diversity.
