Pacific's strategic direction is set by Vision 2020 — A Framework for the Next Decade. One of the five overarching values that sets the institution's direction for the next decade is that "the highest quality programs are delivered in a manner that is sustainable economically and environmentally." The section on Sustainability in Action in the Vision 2020 Annual Report features examples of environmental sustainability.

Pacific's strategic direction is set by Vision 2020 — A Framework for the Next Decade. Two of the five overarching values that sets the institution's direction for the next decade are Pacific’s mission of education, discovery and service and preparation of graduates ready to contribute to the global community. The Vision 2020 Annual Report features the institution's service to the global community.
