Dining Services believes that good nutrition is essential to good health. To help assist students furnish their bodies with the essentials for a healthy diet, Dining Services has several tools to offer. Browse the links at http://www.campusdish.com/en-US/CSW/PacificUniversity/FreshHealthy/FreshandHealthyHome.htm for more information.
To reduce the unhealthy fats look for vegetables and rice that have been “steamed without any butter, margarine or oil” and avoid menu items that have been fried, sautéed, or grilled with butter, margarine or oil. Dining Services indicates these products with the "Just4U" leaf sticker.
