Yes

None
A brief description of the program:
- Increased number of staff members are employed during move-in times in order to collect recycling more often and thoroughly. Also, volunteers are recruited to help sort recycling and donate money for their club of choice based on the number of hours they volunteer. •Educating students before they come—website says what is provided and what to bring/not to bring. Some items being discouraged: Large carpet (not on the list, but discouraged by not providing storage during the summer), electronics such as: microwaves, hot plates, halogen bulbs, extension cords. •Providing the names of roommates to each student so they can get in contact and avoid bring duplicate items (particularly large items : TV's, refrigerators, etc). •Providing recycle rooms for cardboard boxes/other packaging materials. •Encouraging students to consider “what is necessary to have?” •Cutting out the use of phone books in the Residence Halls •Encourage students and families to unload and park their cars as quickly as they can to limit idling cars.
