A brief description of the institution's stormwater management initiatives:
Outside of the Morken Center for Learning and Technology, there is an outdoor water collector that collects water and distributes it into the ground in a way that does not over saturate the ground in particular areas that would have previously been places where water collects and forms puddles.
During PLUs most recent construction projects the buildings earned both LEED credits for Stormwater Management.

PLU has a sidewalk section of porous paving. It does not cover a significant amount because it was run as a test to see if it was something the University wanted to continue to pursue.
