A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:

A call was disseminated by email to each faculty member of Pace University through the Provost's office with a request for faculty to reply with sustainability research descriptions for the purposes of the STARS report. A second call was sent out to chairs of all departments requesting sustainability research information on and from faculty. We made personal contact with faculty known to work on environmental issues for input as well. The six schools of Pace University are: Lubin School of Business, Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, College of Health Professions, School of Education, School of Law, and Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. Only Full-Time faculty are included for reporting purposes.
