A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The University dissects the survey results and shares it directly with each department and school leader. We also compare the past results to the most current results. An example of survey data that resulting in University action would be facilities. Employees indicated in past survey results that the University campus needed improvement. The University invested in the campus infrastructure by repainting, improving landscaping and updating other areas of the grounds.
