Pace University’s Organizational Learning & Development Department offers a program for all staff titled “Courageous Conversations on Diversity”. This 5 hour program was piloted in 2012 and is offered as an open enrollment program each semester. Facilitated by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the program introduces participants to fundamental concepts related to identity and diversity and includes the exploration and discussion of diversity, inclusion and exclusion in the workplace. It provides participants with the skills on how to make their environment at Pace one of equality, fairness, and inclusivity.
