Does the institution use a centralized energy management system that allows it to track energy consumption and performance in multiple buildings in a central location?:
Yes
None
A brief description of the management system:
We track the utility usage and cost data from the monthly billing and we meter this information into our database for all campuses. We can retrieve either historical time of day usage or real time usage data through our local utility. This is only available on our largest utility accounts. Each building has submeters which monitor the energy usage and we track this information monthly.
We are looking at upgrading our submeters to allow us real time information about usage to be displayed on a dashboard display which can be accessed through our main website.
