Filters are changed and air handlers are inspected on a regular schedule. Minimum outside airflow is maintained at all times. Inspection includes confirming proper operation of OA and RA dampers, inspection of condensate drip pans and drains. Building occupants can register complaints through the Facilities Management Work Order System.
