For all of our renovation projects, we:
Use low VOC paints
Use low VOC carpet adhesives
Recycle furniture to other areas
Upgrade the lighting to meet or exceed ASHRE 90.1 standards
Recycle the demolition and construction waste where possible
Replace the windows with thermopane insulated windows
Add insulation where possible
Improve / upgrade the HVAC systems
