Pace's Law School and Pleasantville campuses have student clubs that offer hikes and outdoor programs.
1. Pace Environmental Law Society's(ELS) mission is to expose students to the environmental offerings of the Pace community, to create awareness of environmental issues, and to generate involvement in local environmental activities. They organize hikes and field trips, arrange for speakers and teleconferences, and look for ways to make our world greener.
2.N.A.T.U.R.E. (Pleasantville Campus), Natural Advocates Teaching an Understanding and Respect for the Environment,is a student club which focuses on local and global environmental issues. Events, programs and outings are aimed at bringing awareness of environmental issues to the Pace community. These include but are not limited to hikes and outdoor programs. The mission of N.A.T.U.R.E. is to engage the Pace University campus and foster an understanding of environmental issues through education and action.
It is unclear as to whether we fit the full criteria for this section. Although two of our student clubs offer hikes, outdoor programs, etc. that is not the exclusive mission of these organizations. Additionally, N.A.T.U.R.E. does not have a website, though they are very active.
