"OSU Work/Life" helps faculty and staff maintain a healthy balance in life. The program strives to create a family-friendly environment where work life or school life can be balanced with personal life. For four years in a row, OSU earned a Work-Life Seal of Distinction from the WorldatWork’s Alliance for Work-Life Progress. Creating and maintaining a strong work-life balance for employees is an ongoing goal of the university, and has been identified as an important and attractive practice by incoming employees recruited to the university. OSU Work-Life offers a variety of resources and services, including accommodations for employee needs outside the workplace and childcare options to help dual-career spouses at OSU. https://hr.oregonstate.edu/lifebalanceosu

Student Health Services provides wellness services to all students, covered by the OSU health fee in students' tuition. The OSU health fee provides access to clinics, the medical advice nurse phone line, advocacy services, and campus wellness and prevention programming. Other services (such as pharmacy or lab and x-ray) are offered on campus, but rates are dependent upon the student's insurance. More information about provided services can be found at the link below.

Student Health Services also participates in Oregon Contraceptive Care (CCare) which provides free contraceptive management services, birth control, and reproductive health care to individuals, regardless of gender.
