A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Every two years or so, OSU conducts campus climate surveys that include questions about employee satisfaction, employee advancement opportunities and work culture. While the surveys are not mandatory, all employees have an opportunity to respond. The last survey was conducted in 2022.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Findings from the campus climate surveys have and will continue to be used by OSU leadership to make OSU a more inclusive and welcoming place, and provide a more satisfying work experience for all OSU employees.
