OSU is using the GRITS platform from the Sustainable Endowments Institute to track and report progress.

A brief description of the multi-stakeholder decision-making process used to determine which projects receive funding through the sustainability projects fund:
Projects can be proposed by the Capital Planning and Development team, Sustainability Office staff or Facilities Services staff and submitted to the Sustainability Officer. Stakeholder review includes building occupants, student staff, key Facilities Services personnel and leadership from the department of University Facilities, Infrastructure and Operations. After input and review by those listed above, projects ultimately require approval from the Sustainability Officer and Associate Vice President of University Facilities, Infrastructure and Operations.
