A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Every two years or so, OSU conducts campus climate surveys that include questions about employee satisfaction, employee advancement opportunities and work culture. While the surveys are not mandatory, all employees have an opportunity to respond. The last survey was conducted in 2020.
These surveys are set in motion by OSU leadership and conducted by the Office of Institutional Diversity.

Findings from the campus climate surveys have and will continue to be used by OSU leadership to make OSU a more inclusive and welcoming place, and provide a more satisfying work experience for all OSU employees.
