Primary focus areas during the last three years to achieve GHG reductions include:
- Changing T12 to T8 lighting in several million square feet of building space
- Using over $750,000 of federal stimulus money for HVAC, building controls and steam system efficiency upgrades
- Installing (during FY13) 771,000 watts of photovoltaic power, with another 2 megawatts on the way
