The OSU Bike Plan is a strategic and tactical approach to increasing the number of people who use bicycles as their primary transportation mode to, from and around campus, in an effort to minimize parking needs and driving vehicles.
The plan contains the following sections:
Goals and Performance Measures (statistics and data points)
Bicycle Network (circulation and parking)
Bicycle Programs (incentives, outreach, education and enforcement)
Improvement Plan
Additionally, the Campus Master Plan (physical development plan) includes a section on bicycle and pedestrian modes.
