A brief description of the practice:
Oregon State University only offers printed versions of the course catalog to students if requested by the student. Otherwise all the information is kept online at catalog.oregonstate.edu. The course schedule and registration information is only available online for OSU students and no printed versions are provided at all. The OSU directory has also moved online but there are a limited number of OSU directories printed and available for pick up by OSU students as they would like.
