A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
The entire Oregon University System administered a Faculty satisfaction and career flexibility survey starting on Oct. 21, 2011. The survey was developed by the American Council on Education in collaboration with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
An administration satisfaction survey was conducted in 2010 and in January of 2011, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) conducted an employee satisfaction survey in preparation for collection bargaining.
