Administration--salary surveys are conducted every year and wages are set in conjunction with College and University Prefessional Association-Human Resources (CUPA) guidelines and identified peers.
Classified Staff--salary surveys are conducted biannually as part of collective bargaining agreements.
Faculty--Faculty compensation is evaluated by the Faculty Senate every year using CUPA and peer institution data.
Students and other worker--salaries are governed by Oregon State prevailing or minimum wage standards.
