The Tech Opportunities Program (TOP) provides academic and personal support to OIT students who are low-income, first-generation, or students with disabilities. Students must have academic need and be enrolled in a bachelor's degree granting program at the Klamath Falls campus. TOP services include tutoring, mentoring, networking with other students, college success classes, academic advising, and limited grant funding for active, qualified students.
