Does the institution have a program to reduce residence hall move-out waste?:
Yes

A brief description of the program:

We work with our community partners to give students places to donate gently used items, as well as collecting any non perishable foodstuffs for donation to the food bank. We also encourage selling items no longer needed instead of just tossing them, and offer them a space to post items to sell so college type items can continue to be used instead of filling our landfill. We also offer boxes from res hall related supplies to students as they move out so they don't buy new boxes for moving purposes.
