The following notes pertain only to the Klamath Falls Campus.
1) Total building energy consumption, 2005 = 7530354 kwh (recorded by Sightlines) multiplied by .003412 MMBtus per kwh. Majority of building energy is from electricity because all buildings are geothermally heated, and electricity is used to pump the naturally occurring geothermal water around campus. Natural gas is only used for lab space and lobby fireplaces.
2) Square feet in FY 2005 recorded by Sightlines, taken from their FY 2010 CACP calculator.
3) Square feet in FY 2010 from OIT facilities department.
