A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:
The general education space on the Klamath Falls campus comprises roughly 500,000 square feet. For this space, air exchanges are controlled by a direct digital control (ddc) system. Air temperature is monitored for all of this space, CO2 is monitored for some of the buildings. Air filters are changed on a 1000-hour rotation and regular inspections are performed on fume hoods in labs.
There is a work-order system through the OIT Facilities Department that any faculty/staff or students can access to report a concern or air quality problem.
Total occupied building space does not include Moehl Stadium or other miscellaneous buldings (such as the security booth, the heat exchange building or the archives building).
