A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The results of the Faculty and Opinion Survey are presented to Cabinet. Each area of the college is asked to review the responses and identify areas of improvement. These improvement initiatives, depending on the planning timeline, are incorporated into either departmental plans/initiatives, divisional level efforts, as well as strategic planning efforts. All results are shared college-wide during Assembly as well as are accessible via the college's shared drive.
Issues raised by the evaluation have led to
-increased opportunities for more internal professional development courses to all employees. Examples include "How to include Sustainability in my Courses" and "
-increased accessibility for faculty and staff to be involved in larger budgetary decisions. Example include an Open Forum on ranking proposals going through the College's Planning and Budgeting system
