There are yearly trainings available to all staff in the area of technology, supervisory, personal growth and development, many of which has a sustainability focus. In addition, the college's "lunch-n-learn" has dedicated programming to energy saving tips and NYSERDA home owner audit information.

Attendance at Sustainability and Native Plant symposiums are being supported via reimbursement of registration fees and overnight accommodation).
