A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:
The College's annual budget includes funds for HVAC distribution cleaning on an ongoing basis. Air filters are replaced 4-5 times per year as outlined in the college's maintenance schedule. 20% outside air is continuously introduced to the inside environment. Air quality monitors are available but are not used unless complaints have been filed.
Occupants always have the opportunity to register complaints, either directly to Facilities, through employee unions or through the Campus Safety and Security Committee.
