Examples:
Biology for Today: Students spent most of the course designing projects that promoted sustainability on campus (e.g., composting, use of environmentally-safe cleaning products, etc.).
Honor's Capstone courses: Some students have used this 2-semester course of independent study to research sustainability topics.
Engineering Dept: Students have designed and constructed a solar-powered car and a solar-powered boat.
Architectural Technology Dept: Students have participated in the Habitat for Humanity building program, and have designed a solar-powered bus stop.
