All full-time staff and faculty participate in employee satisfaction and engagement surveys. Additionally, department heads conduct employee satisfaction initiatives individually.

The UOIT Human Resources department analyses this data and is continuously enforcing best practices. Representatives visit other campuses to gain ideas to help improve employee satisfaction here.
