One of the main themes of the Facilities Master Plan Update is Enhancing Campus Sustainability. The plan discusses opportunities for incorporating green building principles into building projects, developing a nature center, and managing the College's landscaping in a sustainable manner. This led to the development of the Sustainable Landscape Master Plan in 2009, which expands on the concepts introduced in the Facilities Master Plan.
