The Cowboy Data Round-Up website contains links to all reports available for consumption. The diversity ledger provides a multi-year history and detailed race/ethnicity breakdown of the student, faculty, and staff populations at Oklahoma State University.

In addition, 3 other reports are available:
- Campus Climate Survey - Employees: Provides an overview of employee responses to questions regarding diversity and inclusion at OSU. Results available for 2020.
- Campus Climate Survey - Students: Provides an overview of student responses to questions regarding diversity and inclusion at OSU. Results available for 2019. - - Military and Veteran Statistics: This report provides an overview of military and veteran students.

A Campus Climate Survey for Employees was done in 2020. The survey found the following items to be the top 10 positively rated items:
1. At OSU, I am personally treated with respect by peers
2. At OSU, I am personally treated with respect by students
3. There is a fellow employee at OSU that I feel comfortable turning to if I need support.
4. I feel a sense of belonging at OSU
5. I feel a sense of belonging to my own faculty/staff organizations (departmental unit, committees, councils, etc.) at OSU.
6. At OSU, I am able to work well with my peers in the workplace.
7. It is important for OSU's leaders to talk about racial and ethnic issues to help work through and solve the problems.
8. In the workplace at OSU, I am able to work with peers with different backgrounds and cultures than my own.
9. I believe that meaningful interactions with individuals different from me are an essential part of my workplace experience/atmosphere at OSU.
10. My experience at OSU has provided me with the opportunities necessary for me to grow in my ability to work with individuals with backgrounds and cultures different than my own.

While the top 5 negatively rated items were:
1. At OSU, I feel that I personally have experience being ignored.
2. At OSU, I feel that I personally have experienced exclusion/isolation.
3. I participate in OSU campus events often.
4. I hesitate to talk about issues of diversity at OSU because of the fear of offending others.

The office of Institutional Research and Analytics handles all surveys that are sent to the campus community. They maintain a database called the Cowboy Data Round-Up, which contains links to all reports available for consumption.
