OSU’s National Energy Solutions Institute supports and encourages research projects that may provide solutions to issues of current or future interest to the energy industry. Topics of interest for research and development include renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, conservation and sustainability. Funding of up to $50,000 per project is available each year. Current faculty research supported by NESI includes a Low-Cost Mobile Power Generation Unit from Carbonaceous Feedstocks.
