A brief description of the institution’s bicycle program, including the year the award was achieved and/or renewed:
A Bicycle Friendly University since 2014, OSU encourages bicycling as an easy option for transportation and provides amenities such as OrangeRide, a bicycle rental program, offered to the campus and community through OSU Parking and Transit Services. In addition, the rental shop provides basic bicycle repair for personally-owned bicycles and manages two DIY repair stations on campus. Another aspect of the program is OSU's Share the Road program and campus multi-use path system.
