OSU applied for the 2017 APPA Sustainability Award and submitted case studies of both our renewable energy and energy conservation programs, the construction of an energy-efficient central power plant, source reduction and reuse strategies, recycling programs, Tree Campus USA practices and outreach.

A brief description of the mentoring relationship and activities:
OSU staff have mentored Tulsa Community College staff with development of its sustainability program and have offered sustainability reporting advice. OSU has also presented at TCC's annual sustainability conference regarding campus sustainability supported by case studies.
