Does the institution use a centralized energy management system that allows it to track energy consumption and performance in multiple buildings in a central location?:
A brief description of the management system:
Building automation system which controls HVAC run times and related associated equipment. Also have real-time enerny consumption data on some electric, steam and most chilled water usage locations. This allows for real-time decision making both in production and usage spheres.
