A brief description of the food donation program:
University Dining and the Student Government Association have teamed up this summer to launch this fall a program called "Cowboy Kitchen." This program will allow any leftover or surplus food items from dining services to be donated to local food banks, homeless shelters and other charities on a daily basis.
