A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
Development opportunities for the staff in the area of sustainability are encouraged and supported. In the past, some faculty and staff have attended the Caring For Creation Conference, the AASHE conference, and the Oklahoma Sustainability Network conferences. Staff members also have the option of participating in OCU's Sustainability Committee. In fall of 2011, staff have the opportunity to participate in a sustainability conference on September 23-24, 2011 on the OCU campus.
